Pride of Place
The Society's home is Mystery Creek. With 114 hectares of farm and park land,
we are proud to sit in the heart of the Waikato.
Purchased by the Society in 1971 to run Fieldays, the land at Mystery Creek has been constantly developed. The property has become a versatile site able to be transformed into a thriving event city, with permanent infrastructure, architecturally designed buildings and an ever-evolving roading system.
As well as Fieldays, Mystery Creek over the last 52 years has hosted many significant events such as Parachute Music festival, the World Rally Championships, countless dinners and functions, concerts of up to 20,000 people, and so much more.
Hosting an event of any description at Mystery Creek is not just about venue hire but about the entire event experience, from concept to delivery to follow up.
Our professional staff are able to arrange a wide variety of activities for your participants and working to your specific support requirements.
Fieldays® is the cornerstone event of the New Zealand National Fieldays Society. As the largest agribusiness event in the Southern Hemisphere, every year Fieldays attracts over 125,000 from all over the world over four days in June. Fieldays presents New Zealand’s agricultural and primary sector with an international marketplace to advance agriculture, while honouring our three pillars – innovation, education, and globalisation.
Whether you are from in town or out in the country, a Fieldays veteran or visiting for the first time, Fieldays has something for everyone. From the latest agricultural technology and ground breaking innovations, to shopping, competitions and demonstrations, live shows and tasty food prepared by some of New Zealand’s top chefs, showcasing the best of New Zealand’s primary industries.
